A Message From Pao
Two new albums, sixteen songs in total: one a prayer to the Master Plants inspired by the indigenous peoples of the rainforest, the other her own Medicine Songs, sung in Spanish and other languages.
Following an album-presentation concert in Ubud, Bali on 12 March, and €8,316 already raised through the concert and early donations, this campaign is raising €21,684 online to bring both albums to life.
The Two Albums
Camino Corazon
A journey to the heart, giving thanks to life and Mother Nature through songs sung in diverse languages, from gratitude to prayer.
Canto Selva
Inspired by Pao's seven years in South America, blending Icaros and medicine music drawn from Amazonian prayer chants and plant traditions.
Where the Funds Go
Camino Corazon
8 medicine songs, a journey to the heart
Canto Selva
8 songs, Icaros of the rainforest
Together the two albums come to €26,155. Adding musical equipment and campaign costs brings the full project to €30,000 including processing fees, of which €8,316 was already raised in person, leaving the €21,684 online goal above. Any support beyond that goal is deeply appreciated, and helps cover my living costs while I dedicate the hundreds of hours needed to bring these songs to life.
